Exceptional Support from Air Marketing and Shaun Weston in Implementing HubSpot

We really appreciate the support of Air Marketing and specifically Shaun Weston in implementing HubSpot into Creative Car Park. Despite our rather unique business model, together with Air Marketing, we were able to successfully adapt the system to the needs of our company. We implemented both the Marketing and Sales Hub, and Shaun demonstrated extensive knowledge and provided guidance in every aspect of the implementation. Throughout the long process, Shaun provided invaluable assistance. He promptly answered all our questions, supplied comprehensive documentation, and offered links to relevant training resources. A great partner with amazing patience

Shaun and the team have been critical to us expanding the use of our HubSpot instance, by streamlining our workflows, validating our data and creating custom reports and dashboards. He has been very collaborative in his approach and also, his patient manner when explaining the intricacies of HubSpot should be commended. He is willing to teach to ensure the team become self sufficient but we know he is there as a consultant when needed. The wider Air team are also supporting us on our paid social activity and the integration with HubSpot has been seamles..

Fantastic HubSpot training

Shaun lead a fantastic HubSpot training session for our marketing team. He was very helpful in going over some of the basics and really knowledgeable in the more in-depth areas we wanted to cover. We came away feeling much more confident and with a lot of ideas!
