If you want to extract the full value out of HubSpot, look no further than Tom. Tom is incredibly knowledgeable. But what I most appreciate about Tom is his responsiveness. I started working with Tom in March 2020. He helped me feel comfortable and understand the HubSpot software so that I could pass on the knowledge to my team. User Friendly

I work for a Chamber and we needed a user friendly solution for our CRM needs, HubSpot has been a great solution. It's user friendly and intuitive. Tom is a wonderful resource who takes time to reach out for troubleshooting or simply to check in that I have what I need. I would definitely recommend HubSpot.

The Best CRM for Economic Development

In previous positions I have used both Salesforce and Microsoft's CRM, both did what was required, but neither seemed to nail what we needed. After using HubSpot with OctoUX, I have absolutely no intentions of using the previously mentioned CRMs. I am constantly finding more ways to tailor HubSpot to fit my organization's needs, and have even switched all marketing correspondence to the HubSpot platform. Any question or issue (user error), has been addressed quickly and efficiently by the OctoUX team, specifically Tom Wengler, whose been excellent to work with!
