Firestarter is predominantly focused on working out how to get businesses selling more of whatever it is they sell. That presents itself in all kinds of different ways, from training a sales team, refining a proposition or implementing new sales processes and systems to drive improvements. We work with businesses of all shapes and sizes in many different industries, from large multi-national corporate organisations to growing SMEs who are looking to drive performance improvement from their sales functions. Sometimes we’ll be working with really big sales teams with hundreds or even thousands of sales people, but more often there will be smaller sales teams who are established and functioning, but there is just something missing and they want more performance.
