I have been working with Federation for a couple of years now. Along with designing and building my website, They also hooked up my e-commerce platform to HubSpot, meaning I get full reporting on my products along with loads of great reports on my websites performance, I guess the reports a bit like google analytics just easier to understand! We also use HubSpot for emailing our clients and Steve has been great help in setting by my email templates and training me how to use them. I know there is so much more I can do with HubSpot and I look forward developing my knowledge more with Federations continued support.
Here at Grants4HomeImprovements we were at our wits end - we had purchased a bespoke CRM for our sector but it was not fit for our purpose (we were miss sold) and this cost us lots of time AND money. We paid a very expensive Consultant to tell us what we already knew and who suggested a system that wasn’t what we wanted or needed. We knew of the guys at Federation as they were already providing our website, branding and ran our PPC campaigns and after sharing my frustration with Steve, he suggested we look at utilising HubSpot. He said he was 100% confident he could hit all our needs/wants plus deliver a raft of extra functionality I didn't even know existed. Now it did take a bit of time, as our data was a real higgledy-piggledy mess but working with Steve, he took us through a methodical step my step process; We cleaned up all our data prior for import, calibrated the system with 100’s of custom properties we needed, created a custom pipeline and imported our data. The process was a learning curve and hard work but was also very enlightening and brought many aspects of business development into the activity and has really helped us fine tune and fettle our Customer Journey and Experience. The Federation guys have also provided many short training sessions on how to operate the system as we were super green and had no experience with the interface... I mean some of us could barely use google sheets! After the training the entire teams eyes were open to all the possibilities HubSpot offers. We are now already on our 2nd phase of planned work with their team and can already see results in terms of efficiency and ease of communication which is taking us to an increasingly bright and clever data driven future.
My Overall Experience with Federation has been Fantastic . We were working in Excel to manage our clients and their purchases. It was becoming quite unmanageable and we were wasting a lot of man hours trying to keep on top of the data and keep the data quality high. After speaking to a few people who recommend Steven, we decided to bite the bullet and bring ourselves into the modern era with a complete solution for our CRM. Our worries and concerns were quickly laid to rest in a short initial explore call with the guys and within 1 week we were fully migrated over with custom pipeline stages and all our historic sales showing as ‘closed won' deals in our pipe. They have been very helpful and would recommend them to anyone.
