EFFICENT CLEAR FAST

Our company started with a C.R.M. which was more of a "colorful Excel spreadsheet". So moving to HubSpot was no easy feat. At the beginning I was tasked with creating a structure and a framework for everything and I won't deny I had some clashes at the beginning since I was unaware of the fundamentals. However, they understood our need for a simple yet effective way to store data and helped me in particular understanding the basics of HubSpot and enabled me to research and grow for myself on the system. They are extremely fast responders (kudos to Paola and Nicola) and will go overtime to help you understand why something can be done and why something might need more work than expected whilst being precise, diligent and professional. Nonetheless, they are witty and customer friendly.
