I first met Jeff Coon, Steve James, and Brian Brinkman at Stream Creative in 2018. They came highly recommended, so I engaged their agency to help redesign and modernize our CarePlus Dental Plans brand website as well as to help migrate our CRM from Salesforce into a brand-new instance of HubSpot. They guided our team throughout the entire process, from strategic planning to implementation, final execution, sales team training, and ongoing support. I was looking for a partner to listen, understand our unique situation and needs, and help us execute. That’s exactly what I got. They are an extremely talented group. After interviewing 5-6 other website development companies both national and local, it was quickly obvious that StreamCreative was the best choice. A pleasantly atypical agency

I have been in B2B marketing for 25 years and have worked with several agencies. By far, StreamCreative has exceeded each one with their collaboration, communication, insight, attentiveness, and creativity. With most agencies, I've ended up chasing down my account manager for follow ups - Stream keeps me on track and I never have to ask about a project status. But besides that, and most important, the results are tangible. Our search engine rankings have climbed and we are in a competitive position to attract quality leads and convert them to sales. Our company used Stream Creative for its 2014 website development after "breaking up" with another provider. In 2019-2020 we came back to them for the next iteration of our site. In between, the Stream Team was very helpful and informative. During the new site development, they worked with our designer to produce a beautiful, well thought out and functional website. They proved to be wonderful partners all the way through. They were honest and firm where they needed to be yet informative and collaborative as well. They gave our company enough space and time to manage the content we needed to develop and worked with us on usability. They walked us through the training for some new features and remained available to us for questions post-launch. The whole team has an easy demeanor with a professionalism and talent. We very much enjoyed our experience with Stream Creative and are now working with them on retainer.
