Maxio previously Chargify Integration Overview

Maxio provides complete visibility and control over the quote-to-cash process on top of streamlined financial operations for efficient and scalable business growth. Maxio’s HubSpot integration can help prevent and diminish friction in the sales to finance hand off.

The data is synced bi-directionally, so that your customer, subscriptions, catalog and deal management records are always up-to-date. Users are able to use HubSpot as they do today with the added benefit of automatically creating subscriptions in Maxio. The line items for building deals in HubSpot are synchronized from the Maxio product catalog for easy use in deals, quotes, and winning new customers.

The integration enables your sales team to create subscription previews directly in the deal record view within the timeline activities tracked by HubSpot. When navigating to the timeline view, the user can preview the first billing details and any recurring order details.

Once the subscription is generated, the integration will provide a PCI compliant invoice link to collect payment from your contacts. If the proper details are provided for the billable contact, Maxio can automate your sales tax calculation based on the jurisdiction.

With this integration your operational teams will be able to manage the subscription and track invoice details like status of payment and paid amounts. Simply navigate to the contact or deal view within the HubSpot UI and click on the actions available in the CRM extensions such as cancel subscription, view public facing invoice, and provide service credits.

Subscription Management

Seamlessly integrate the customer relationship capabilities users managed in HubSpot with the day-to-day subscription billing operations found in Maxio. Build HubSpot deals and add products as line items to leverage native features. Sync customer data and gain complete visibility across both platforms.

Preview your subscriptions

View both your first and ongoing invoices in one view directly from the deal record. From there, you’ll be able to see what will be initially invoiced and create subscriptions previews within the timeline activities tracked by HubSpot. This lets you view and compare your initial invoice with ongoing invoices that may include fees or discounts.

Track Invoice Details

View the details of your invoices and glean insights that will simplify your revenue operations, support, and more. Fields like Invoice ID, Status, Payment Collection Method, Invoice Due Amount, Invoice Paid Date, Invoice Paid Date, and Credits Used are all available with one easy click that provides a unified view across both platforms.

Manage customer activity

Stay up-to-date and track subscription related timeline activities within the Contact or Deal record views. This provides visibility for your client services teams to make meaningful decisions and provides the admin the levers to determine which events are relevant to the business need.

Multi-currency Product Catalog Sync

Doing business in multiple currencies? This integration lets you enable any HubSpot-supported currency and mirror your Maxio setup. Once configured, you can view the pricing of the deal line items in that currency both in the product catalog as well as on the deal and on HubSpot quotes.

Additional metadata fields will be added, as part of the integration; to the deal and contact records to facilitate the use of Chargify objects. As an example a deal record will contain the "first billing date" attributes, and additional "custom fields", and this will map to the subscription object. The same applies in the contact and customer level attributes.
