Umuligt at få klare svar

Kommunikationen, supporten og onboarding-processen er meget mangelfuld. Man skal igennem onboarding, fordi de åbenbart skal "sætte det op", men der er ingen klar forklaring på, hvad der præcist skal sættes op, hvordan det fungerer, eller hvor lang tid det vil tage. Det er næsten umuligt at få konkrete svar, og det gør hele processen frustrerende og uklar. Manglen på gennemsigtighed og support gør det, der burde være en enkel oplevelse, til en forvirrende og ineffektiv oplevelse. Jeg har forsøgt at få svar i flere måneder nu, men uden held. Jeg giver officielt op.
