Impossible to get clear answers

The communication, support, and onboarding process are severely lacking. You’re required to go through onboarding because they apparently need to "set it up," but there’s no clear explanation of what exactly needs to be set up, how it works, or how long it will take. Trying to get concrete answers is nearly impossible, making the whole process frustrating and unclear. The lack of transparency and support turns what should be a straightforward experience into a confusing and inefficient one. I've tried to get answers for months now, and nothing. I officially give up.
