Binnen 2 Wochen von Pipedrive zu HubSpot mit 5h Aufwand - 10/10

Wir haben 4 Jahre in Pipedrive gearbeitet und zum Aufbau unseres GTM Teams auf HubSpot gewechselt. Auch, wenn wir in RevOps Prozessen Erfahrung haben, haben wir uns entschieden, Cremanski als Partner dazuzunehmen. Gute Entscheidung - denn dank der Integration des neuen, an der Customer Journey orientierten Qualifikations-Framework haben wir jetzt die Prozesse, anhand derer wir Kunden ansprechen, gewinnen und onboarden fest verankert. So können wir neue Mitarbeitende effizienter einarbeiten, ohne, dass der Kunde einen Qualitätsverlust im Service erfährt.
