Löst in 70 % der Fälle Fehler aus
Wir haben Gemini kürzlich über einen Workflow angebunden, um eine Lead-Recherche durchzuführen und eine Notiz im Kontaktdatensatz zu hinterlassen. Die Ergebnisse sehen zwar vielversprechend aus, doch in über 70 % der Fälle erhalten wir folgende Fehlermeldung: „Derzeit treten Probleme bei der Verbindung zum KI-Anbieter auf. Bis die Verbindung wiederhergestellt ist, können wir diese LLM-Workflow-Aktion in HubSpot nicht nutzen. Dies ist auf ein vorübergehendes Problem mit unserer Verbindung zurückzuführen und erfordert höchstwahrscheinlich keine Maßnahmen Ihrerseits zur Behebung. Bitte versuchen Sie es später erneut.“ Ich habe mit dem Produktsupport gesprochen und erfahren, dass eine Korrektur bereitgestellt wurde, doch die Fehler treten weiterhin auf. Dies ist entscheidend für den Einsatz von KI in unserem Unternehmen zur Optimierung der Lead-Recherche und -Validierung. Ohne die Gewissheit, dass dies in 99 % der Fälle funktioniert, können wir keine Prozesse darauf aufbauen.
