Throws Errors 70% of the time
We recently connected Gemini via workflow to run lead research and drop a note on the contact record. While the output results look promising, we get an error 70%+ of the time stating: "We’re having trouble connecting to AI provider right now. Until a connection is re-established, we won’t be able to use this LLM workflow action in HubSpot. This is due to a temporary issue with our connection, and it will most likely need no action on your part to resolve. Please try again later" I have been working with product support, and was told that a fix was pushed through, however it is still throwing these errors. This is crucial to deploying AI as an organization to streamline lead research and validation, and without confidence that this will work 99% of the time we cannot build process around this.
