先日、ワークフローを通じてGeminiを連携させ、見込み客の調査を実行し、連絡先レコードにメモを追加するように設定しました。出力結果は有望に見えますが、70%以上の確率で次のようなエラーが発生しています。 「現在、AIプロバイダーへの接続に問題が発生しています。接続が再確立されるまで、HubSpotでこのLLMワークフローアクションを使用することはできません。これは接続に関する一時的な問題によるものであり、解決のためにユーザー側で何か操作を行う必要はほぼないと思われます。後ほど再度お試しください」 製品サポートと連携して対応を進めており、修正が適用されたとの連絡を受けましたが、依然としてこのエラーが発生しています。これは、組織としてAIを導入し、リードの調査と検証を効率化するために不可欠な機能です。99％の確率で正常に動作するという確信が持てない限り、この機能に基づいたプロセスを構築することはできません。
