We were SPPs first client, in fact – I’m the one that pulled Kerry out of early retirement to help my business (you’re welcome!). I engaged Kerry to find us a system that would support getting my team of 20, in a 40-year-old business to off paper forms, implement standard processes and dashboards. Over the last few years SPP has helped us to grow without having to add additional administrative headcount. They have installed and supported our HubSpot as well as other software tools. When we needed them to jump in and help on an acquisition, they were there for us. When we needed to shift Marketing, they helped us to train our person. We like that especially that when we don’t have bandwidth and expertise in house to execute, they jump in – and then if we can take the process in-house, they move from a “do-er” to a support/thought partner role.
