Christy en Lizzy van SPP waren van onschatbare waarde bij de implementatie van een certificeringsprogramma voor de Arizona Emergency Managers Association. Er moest een complex Ticketing-systeem worden gecreëerd om klanten en aanvragen te ontvangen en op de juiste manier te routeren. Het SPP-team is een effectief projectmanagementteam dat op de hoogte blijft van alle projectbehoeften en het project tot een goed einde brengt. Hun team is zeer geavanceerd in procesautomatisering en websiteontwerp. Ze hebben een prachtige website voor onze organisatie gemaakt en de juiste automatiseringen voor onze organisatie gecreëerd. We zijn een non-profit organisatie, dus tijd is kostbaar omdat we ook een fulltime baan hebben. Hun expertise heeft geholpen om de infrastructuur te bouwen die we nodig hadden, terwijl we binnen ons budget bleven. Als we problemen of vragen hebben, reageren ze snel en komen ze snel met een oplossing. Ik zou het ten zeerste aanbevelen om met dit team te werken!

We were SPPs first client, in fact – I’m the one that pulled Kerry out of early retirement to help my business (you’re welcome!). I engaged Kerry to find us a system that would support getting my team of 20, in a 40-year-old business to off paper forms, implement standard processes and dashboards. Over the last few years SPP has helped us to grow without having to add additional administrative headcount. They have installed and supported our HubSpot as well as other software tools. When we needed them to jump in and help on an acquisition, they were there for us. When we needed to shift Marketing, they helped us to train our person. We like that especially that when we don’t have bandwidth and expertise in house to execute, they jump in – and then if we can take the process in-house, they move from a “do-er” to a support/thought partner role. I know that f I need them, I’m going to get a qualified expert to help me with whatever my business needs.
