Christy and Lizzy with SPP were invaluable in the implementation of a certification program for the Arizona Emergency Managers Association. There was a complex Ticketing system that needed to be created in order to receive and appropriately route customers and applications. Their team is highly advanced in process automations and website design. They created a beautiful website for our organization and created the appropriate automations for our organization. We are a non-profit, so time is valuable because we also have full-time jobs. Their expertise helped to build the infrastructure we needed while staying within our budget. We were SPPs first client, in fact – I’m the one that pulled Kerry out of early retirement to help my business (you’re welcome!). I engaged Kerry to find us a system that would support getting my team of 20, in a 40-year-old business to off paper forms, implement standard processes and dashboards. Over the last few years SPP has helped us to grow without having to add additional administrative headcount. They have installed and supported our HubSpot as well as other software tools. When we needed them to jump in and help on an acquisition, they were there for us. When we needed to shift Marketing, they helped us to train our person. We like that especially that when we don’t have bandwidth and expertise in house to execute, they jump in – and then if we can take the process in-house, they move from a “do-er” to a support/thought partner role. I know that f I need them, I’m going to get a qualified expert to help me with whatever my business needs.
