We have worked with Vanessa for many years now and she has supported us with a couple of CRM implementations, most recently a migration from Salesforce to HubSpot, and we cannot rate her knowledge and expertise of the system highly enough - she is able to find solutions the issues we encountered and takes the time to ensure they are implemented correctly. If you are looking for someone who will take the time to understand your business, then I cannot rate Vanessa highly enough.

Fantastic Service and Support.

Vanessa was very supportive throughout the process of implementing HubSpot into our business. As a global publishing and events company our requirements for the CRM and Sales Reporting aspects of the system were complicated but Vanessa took the time to understand our products, how we operate as a business and delivered a CRM and sales system that is custom to us. The training and on boarding with the team was excellent too, from the live video training to custom videos and tutorials made the swich from our old system seamless, and really helped with internal buy-in too. Overall Vanessa was very professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend to any business looking to implement HubSpot and I look forward to working with her again soon.

I'm not sure where to start to be honest! Chris (BD) and myself (marketing) started at the same time, working for a company who had recently installed HubSpot but hadn't integrated it properly and we equally were 'virgins' to this great CRM tool! Recognising that we immediately needed external training support, we were lucky enough to find Vanessa through LinkedIn and on-boarded her educational HS skills straightaway! She has been a life-saver in terms of help, support and training, which came with an abundance of patience and we wouldn't be where we are now, 6 months down the line, if it hadn't been for her unwaivering support.
