Create contracts straight from HubSpot.

You can now generate documents from Concord templates within a HubSpot deal, contact or company. Just click “Create Document,” and you’ll be taken directly over to Concord, where you can drag and drop more than 500 different HubSpot fields – including your own custom fields – into your contracts from Concord’s “Fields” panel.

HubSpot fills contract fields automatically.

Each time you add a contract to the deal, it’ll automatically appear in the deal’s contract list in HubSpot, so all agreements connected to the deal stay in one place. You can also track the status of the contract directly from HubSpot, and see the date when the contract was fully signed.

Changes in Concord sync back to HubSpot.

Any info you type into an empty field in Concord will automatically populate back to the corresponding field in HubSpot. This keeps your deals consistent across both platforms, and saves you the time and effort of entering data manually.

The integration is easy to turn on from Concord’s Integrations page. Just click the HubSpot toggle to grant access and link your account. That’s all there is to it!
