Mostly Works
Yext Lead Generation leads aren't mapped correctly. Some of the really important fields, like website URL, aren't available at all. The customers put it in and we can't bring it in to HubSpot, which would open up a bunch of other features that we need. Contacted Yext support about these problems over three years ago, they haven't updated anything so far as I can tell. Most of the data that comes in makes more sense as a Company, but it all comes in as a Contact, which is limiting because we don't always get contact info because it isn't a required field on the form (only Yext can change that btw). If the leads came in correctly I would have some options to find contacts using another app but since it is already in Contacts and the website URL cannot be mapped it leaves me frustratingly close to what I want and still unable to get what I need.
I use Yext Lead Generation to generate leads for Local SEO.
It's your only option and it is still better than nothing.
It's barely better than nothing and they didn't even bother to map all of their own intake fields.
