Onboarding was very helpful. We had to reschedule multiple times but our onboarding specialist was accommodating.

Seamless Transition

I've worked with Capsule and other lower-end CRMs in the past but was new to HubSpot. Jason was able to make the HubSpot Onboarding process seamless. We were able to not only set up the system to track our sale cycle but also let us customize it for separate departments. I would recommend Jason to all future users.

HubSpot training and set up

Excellent. Really enjoyed and appreciated all of the help that Courtney C. provided. Super professional, clear in her teaching/illustrations, gave MANY great additional training resources, was always on time and pleasant to work with, was very patient with my endless questions and asks for "how tos" for special needs for my company and just overall a great experience. I have worked with several other CRM programs over the years and HubSpot is by far the most flexible and intuitive and the training from KUNO was top notch. THANK YOU and keep up the good work!
