SurveySparrow is exactly what we were looking for!
SurveySparrow allowed us to implement a new customer retention survey. We ran into roadblocks with HubSpot's native Forms and Feedback Surveys (the conditional logic/question mapping was not robust enough). With SurveySparrow, we were able to build the survey exactly how we want it, customize colors/branding, embed the survey into a HubSpot marketing email, and the survey responses sync back to HubSpot contact properties instantly.

False expectations by demo team
Not at all, the integration with HubSpot has failed and the support team was not able to resolve it. We are still waiting for reimbursement of the yearly fee as the system was totally disappointing.
