Grain records, transcribes, and summarizes your sales calls with customizable AI-prompts, allowing you to focus on the conversation without worrying about taking notes.
Once Grain's HubSpot integration is enabled, your contact’s deal notes will be automatically updated with the AI-summary, which includes clickable time-stamps so you can quickly dive into the details or create highlights in seconds.
With Grain, you can:
Keep your records up to date by syncing your sales meetings with contacts, companies, and deals in HubSpot.
Push conversation data into HubSpot to gain better visibility into pipeline activity.
Identify coaching opportunities within HubSpot to accelerate your pipeline.
Grain will also analyze deals according to the SPICED sales framework and pass through those fields to HubSpot, providing the context needed to advance deals without requiring manual input. Add the Grain SPICED card within HubSpot Deals overview to track the update the SPICED analysis as a deal progresses through your pipeline.

Automate Note-taking
Grain automates note-taking and data entry so that your team can focus on selling. It updates your HubSpot records, including Contacts, Companies, and Deals, with a note containing a link to view the sales call, participant info, description, and AI summary. Access sales calls, notes, and highlights in HubSpot without manual call logging.

Better Pipeline Visibility
When you integrate Grain with HubSpot, you get complete visibility into your team’s sales conversations and understand what’s going on in your deals right from within HubSpot. Grain adds new notes to your deals every time your team meets with prospects, allowing you to effortlessly monitor and stay up-to-date on their engagement.

Coach Your Team
With conversation data and insights from sales calls directly available in HubSpot, you can proactively review and identify coaching opportunities to accelerate deals in the pipeline. Rather than relying on reps to report on sales calls, use this information during one-on-ones to pressure-test and de-risk existing deals.

SPICED Analysis
Grain will also analyze deals according to the SPICED sales framework and pass through those fields to HubSpot, providing the context needed to advance deals without requiring manual input. You can add a SPICED card within HubSpot Deals to view the updated analysis as a deal progresses through your pipeline.
