Funzionalità
Initial Contact Sync to Hilos
Sync all your existing HubSpot contacts to Hilos and quickly start a WhatsApp conversation with any of them. The sync works in both ways, so that you can sync your contacts from HubSpot to Hilos. Works in the other direction as well: create a contact in HubSpot every time somebody new messages you on WhatsApp.
HubSpot as the contacts source of truth
Everytime you create a new contact or update, it will be synced to Hilos. This will also let you go from a contact in WhatsApp to HubSpot (and vice versa) with one click using buttons.
Conversation Event in contact activity
When a contact sends you a WhatsApp message we will create a Timeline Event in the contact activity so you can have an overview of everything that's going on in one place.

Integración muy completa
Hilos nos ha ayudado desde poder tener chatbots inbound que prospecta leads en Whats App y los envía a Hub Spot, hasta poder generar notificaciones de manera sencilla y automatizada.
Buscábamos una plataforma que se integrara de forma sencilla con HubSpot para enviar información desde WhatsApp.
Que la plataforma me permite sincronizar owners entre Hilos y HubSpot, así la gestión de contactos se facilita mucho en Whats App.
