HyperTrack is a Field Service Management solution that integrates with HubSpot to help you plan, schedule, dispatch, and track your fleet—providing real-time proof of work for every sales or service visit.
It automatically optimizes routes between meetings, auto-dispatches field agents on the day of the meeting, and auto-captures real-time location data via the HyperTrack mobile app—giving you end-to-end visibility into every meeting and its impact on lead conversion.
Our advanced location intelligence workflows ensure meetings happen at the right place and time, with detailed insights into each visit through task completion updates and attachments that all flow back into HubSpot.
Our Closeout AI Companion supports your field agents at every step—helping them prepare, learn, and replicate what works as meetings happen. It summarizes insights from each visit and shares them across the fleet, empowering agents to take the right actions that drive faster conversions or lead to happier customers.

Mobile App to manage meetings and visits
The HyperTrack App helps field agents manage meetings/visits and syncs back the ground truth to HubSpot. Full end to end visibility of Sales and Service workflows.

Scheduling & Assignment
HyperTrack enables fast, intuitive meeting creation directly within HubSpot. Our widget captures relevant context and allows users to quickly select a Sales Rep, check their availability, and schedule a meeting at the desired location. Once scheduled, meetings are automatically optimized for travel routes and timing.

Time & Attendance
HyperTrack provides schedule management and attendance marking capability in the App that provides real time information on the availability of a field agent. Agents can mark that they won’t be available on a given day and this information is accessible to the Managers for visibility to handle last minute absences.

Live Timeline of Field Activity
On the day of the meeting, HyperTrack automatically begins tracking assigned field agents. A detailed activity timeline is available in real time via views embedded in both HubSpot and the HyperTrack Dashboard. Field agents can log notes and images—directly from the HyperTrack mobile app.

Billable Hours and Mileage for Payouts and Expenses
HyperTrack captures billable hours and mileage through automated location data. Field agents can also upload invoices at the visit/meeting level that our AI agent processes and validates these invoices ensuring fast, accurate closure of financials—reducing disputes, increasing transparency, and accelerating payouts.
