No data re-entry! This app automatically integrates HubSpot and Xero in many ways. Create Xero invoices from HubSpot deals when a deal stage changes, view Xero invoices in HubSpot records, create recurring invoices and much more. The integration allows you to automatically create separate line items in Xero invoices for each product associated with a deal, including discounts and quantities.
Customised options are also available including recurring invoices (such as for SaaS or retainer based businesses), multiple Xero instances connected to one HubSpot account, tracking codes, inventory tracking and more.
Funzionalità

Automatically create invoice with products when a deal stage changes
In the basic version when a deal stage is changed to closed won an invoice will be created automatically. If you are using the Sales Pro version of HubSpot and attaching products to the deal then the products will be listed as separate line items on the invoice.

Fully customisable options
With our fully customisable subscription you can create multiple invoice stages (eg deposit and instalments), recurring invoices, invoice updates to deals and companies, tracking codes, multiple Xero instances and more. We'll work with you to create a seamless integration for a fraction of the cost.

Fantastic
We are getting huge value from the automation of Quotes to invoices in HubSpot. We are also seeing better revenue tracking in deals and reporting.
