Integrazione WhatsApp POC con Tiyora - Prodotto stabile e team di supporto
Abbiamo condotto un POC di tre mesi con Tiyora per valutare la loro integrazione di WhatsApp per Agoda. Nel complesso, il prodotto ha funzionato bene ed è stato stabile per tutto il periodo di test. Il team di Tiyora è stato molto disponibile, reattivo alle nostre richieste e aperto ai feedback, il che ha reso l'impegno fluido ed efficiente. In questa fase, abbiamo deciso di non procedere con l'integrazione di WhatsApp per motivi aziendali non legati alla soluzione di Tiyora. Tuttavia, se in futuro dovessimo riesaminare l'argomento, Tiyora sarà sicuramente una delle opzioni che prenderemo in considerazione.
