Solid tool but information shared across could be greater

This being our first survey it was easy to create and, after a few issues with the integration, I'm pleased with the tool. The information shared with HubSpot is very limited, however, and doesn't do us much good - sharing only minimal contact information and not the actual survey responses means having to have two systems and sharing responses with sales/service for follow-up. Not at all ideal.

Easy of survey set-up and choices for question types

Integration information shared with HubSpot is too minimal and not really helpful. The information doesn't acknowledge the respondent completed the survey, nor does it provide survey response information (even as a note). Pretty lacking in this area and makes the integration worthless, in my opinion.
