Amazing Partners

I have been working with Grey Matter on email creation, email automation, and reporting for nearly one year and they are fabulous partners to work with! Their team takes the time to understand our goals and the intricacies of our systems to push full-scale ABM efforts live. Jenny goes above and beyond to understand how our CRM works and what we want to accomplish through reporting and A/B testing. It is such a delight to partner with someone who knows the ins and outs of HubSpot and can apply HubSpot best practices in our programs. We would not have been able to accomplish launching 4+ ABM email programs in 2024 or have 4 programs slated to launch in Q1 of 2025 without their assistance. I can't speak highly enough about their partnership.

Very disappointing experience working with Grey Matter

During the sales process, we were promised short-term campaigns and a long-term marketing strategy that we would start to see results from in 90 days. After 3 months of working with GreyMatter, and spending over $20k we received no leads from the short-term efforts and no sign of improvement from the long-term strategy. So we were forced to accept our losses and end the relationship.
