During the sales process, we were promised short-term campaigns and a long-term marketing strategy that we would start to see results from in 90 days. After 3 months of working with GreyMatter, and spending over $20k we received no leads from the short-term efforts and no sign of improvement from the long-term strategy. So we were forced to accept our losses and end the relationship.
