Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
- Two-way sync: Data is shared between Fastbill and HubSpot in real time
- Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
- Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen
Note: this app syncs HubSpot contacts to Private Clients. It does not sync financial data.

Custom field mappings
Custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter or up. Custom mappings add the flexibility to create your own mappings or make changes to your default ones.

Sync Fastbill and HubSpot data
Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing data (see below) between HubSpot and Fastbill. When records are created or updated in either app, that information will be automatically shared with the other one.

FastBill + HubSpot - 더 적은 통합이 불가능합니다.
저는 HubSpot과의 통합이 예정되어 있기 때문에 FastBill을 선호하기로 결정했습니다. 사실, 프로그램 간에 일종의 데이터 교환이 있는데, 이는 데이터 유지 관리를 더 쉽게 만드는 대신 혼란을 증가시킵니다. 데이터 교환은 양방향으로 또는 한 프로그램에서 다른 프로그램으로만 발생할 수 있습니다. HubSpot에 연락처가있는 회사는 FastBill에서 올바르게 생성되지 않습니다. 회사의 "모든"연락처는 FastBill에서 개인 연락처로 생성됩니다. 그러나 HubSpot에 존재하는 공급 업체도 FastBill에서 고객으로 생성되므로 이미 언급 한대로 각 연락처는 자체 고객 번호를받습니다. FastBill에서 잘못된 항목을 삭제하려는 어리석은 생각이 있다면 양방향 데이터 교환으로 인해 추가 조회 없이 당연히 HubSpot에서 삭제됩니다. 공급업체를 직접 FastBill에서 생성할 수는 없으며, 이는 OCR 텍스트 인식을 통해 자동으로 수행됩니다. 그러나 이 경우 HubSpot과 동기화되지 않으며 CRM에 중요한 서면 견적서 또는 송장 문서가 완전히 생략됩니다. HubSpot 문서에 제공된 BCC 주소를 통해 HubSpot에 도착하는 문서도 없습니다. 물론 거래를 생성하는 것과 HubSpot에서 견적을 작성하는 것 사이의 협업은 FastBill에서 작동하지 않습니다. 이 모든 것은 고객 관계 관리와 관련이 없으며 통합과는 더 관련이 없습니다. 어느 쪽에서도 이에 대한 지원이 없으므로 사용자는 혼자서해야합니다. 결론 :이 모든 것을 미리 알았더라면 많은 일을 다르게하거나 전혀하지 않았을 것입니다.
