With the Cvent HubSpot integration, you can connect critical moments along the attendee journey. These moments help personalize marketing efforts, arm sales/relationship managers with relevant talking points based on event registration and attendance, and connect the influence of events to deals.

Create Marketing Events
As events are built in Cvent, HubSpot marketing events are automatically created with all the critical event information. The marketing event is then used to track contact interactions with that event and track an attendee's journey.
Update Contacts
Keep HubSpot data up to date and know how your contacts are interacting with events. As attendees interact with a Cvent event the following happen: update contact fields; update status in marketing event; see activity on timeline.
Activate Event Data
Use Cvent event data to build lists, affect scores, build reports, and other features native to HubSpot.

이유 없이 속성을 삭제합니다.
실제로는 최악의 상황입니다. CVENT에 업로드하지 않으면 HubSpot에서 속성을 삭제하고 데이터를 완전히 망가뜨립니다. 설치하지 마세요.

Terrible product, great support
A shocking lack of functionality. 1. You can't upload registrants (if you generate them in other places), you have to manually enter them. 2. Their embedded form is terrible, is not editable, and has problems loading 3. The process for hosts was a near disaster, verification codes weren't being sent, my hosts literally couldn't log in up until the last minute. We nearly botched the entire webinar because our HOSTS could not join to lead it. 4. The controls inside the platform are also unclear and hard to use. You'd think this would be the easy part. Support saved the day (LiveChat, very responsive + helpful), but I'd rather this was a great product and lousy support than what we experienced. I'm cancelling our subscription, if you couldn't already tell.
