Subskribe is the adaptive quote-to-revenue platform designed for modern SaaS companies. With CPQ, subscription billing, and revenue recognition all in a single, unified solution, Subskribe enables SaaS businesses to close deals faster, bill more accurately, and automate book closing.


Subskribe’s one-click integration with HubSpot offers sales teams a seamless and frictionless selling experience as deals transition into proposal phase and reps engage with Subskribe’s powerful yet intuitive CPQ capabilities.


Sales teams can initiate new, amendment, and renewal deals directly from their HubSpot deals with the click of a button. Additionally, throughout the quote lifecycle, Subskribe enables complete bidirectional sync of data between the two systems, giving sales organizations full transparency and reporting capabilities from HubSpot.

Start creating sales quotes directly from HubSpot

Sales reps can start creating quotes directly from the Deals page with just a click of the "Create Order" link in your HubSpot cards. Once quote creation is initiated, reps are taken directly to the quote page in Subskribe with all relevant data such as HubSpot Deal ID, Account ID and Contacts automatically synced and ready to be used in Subskribe.

As quotes progress through internal sales, finance, and legal approvals and are negotiated with prospects, Subskribe syncs back all of the relevant quote data to your HubSpot Deals, including ARR, TCV, discounts, quantities, selling price, quote approval status, e-signature status, and more!

Subscription data sync to HubSpot

Once a contract is signed and a quote is converted into a subscription, the relevant subscription data is written back to the company page in HubSpot. As sales reps execute upsells/down-sells through new deals, Subskribe ensures that all subscription data is kept up-to-date in order to accurately represent all of your customers' entitlements.
