2023 marked the beginning of an important new era for Earth Hour - a global grassroots movement started by WWF in 2007 - with the brand undergoing a strategic shift in its communications, positioning, and visual identity. Our global Earth Hour website has always played an integral role in the promotion and success of our movement, and with our 2023 strategy in mind, it had to undergo a much-needed ‘face lift’ to reflect our new branding and to better empower our supporters. Niranjan and the team at Hermitcrabs helped us achieve the above, and more, at competitive rates and on a tight timeline. Beyond this, I was most impressed and grateful for two things - one, by Hermitcrabs' responsiveness to our emails and messages, often addressing issues and requests only a few hours after we had communicated them. We've worked with Hermitcrabs for the past 2+ years to build and maintain our integration between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and HubSpot.
