He was available for meetings, always had an efficient and helpful agenda, helped move projects forward, and advised us on best practice as we did a big data migration and mapping while getting started with HubSpot. Because of Drake we were able to get our HubSpot stood up in a way that will make data organized and easy to use for years to come for our team. Drake did a wonderful job cleaning up our HubSpot instance and setting up automated prospecting campaigns. Like many companies who don't have an in-house HubSpot expert, we didn't always know exactly how to communicate what we wanted, and me being new to the company didn't help, but Drake was always professional, patient, and knowledgeable.
