He was available for meetings, always had an efficient and helpful agenda, helped move projects forward, and advised us on best practice as we did a big data migration and mapping while getting started with HubSpot. Drake did a wonderful job cleaning up our HubSpot instance and setting up automated prospecting campaigns. Like many companies who don't have an in-house HubSpot expert, we didn't always know exactly how to communicate what we wanted, and me being new to the company didn't help, but Drake was always professional, patient, and knowledgeable.
