Het was fijn om met Webs te mogen samenwerken. De implementatie van HubSpot was een goede en zachte landing in de organisatie. Wat ons hier enorm bij geholpen heeft is de goede voorbereiding en handvatten vanuit Webs. Wat tevens zeer prettig was, is dat ze de business kennen en op elke vraag hadden ze een snel en accuraat antwoordt, met bijpassende oplossing. We hebben geregeld ingecheckt bij elkaar over hoe de samenwerking ging en waar we elkaar meer of minder nodig hadden. As a team, with sales & Marketing professionals, we took the decision to migrate from an existing standard CRM system to HubSpot. We selected Webs as our implementation partner. The kick-off, intake, implementation, onboarding and training was a true joint effort. The team of Webs are great people, with a pleasant focus on delivering the end result as well as focus on the people of our company. It was managed within scope, budget and planning. We aim for the best customer communications. Today, several team members of marketing and sales, start their day with HubSpot before opening Outlook.
