We partnered with Conversion Crew (now part of Webs) for the implementation of HubSpot Service Hub and Sales Hub. The experience was excellent from start to finish. What went well: -They worked seamlessly alongside our team in a true co-implementation model. -The consultants were knowledgeable, responsive, and aligned well with our culture. -They offered creative, effective solutions to our more complex challenges. What could be improved: -Integration with Aircall was less smooth, as it was new territory for the team. -Supporting multi-language teams remains difficult, though this is largely due to HubSpot’s limitations. Overall, we highly recommend Conversion Crew/Webs as a HubSpot implementation partner.
