Sync data bidirectionally or choose HubSpot or Dynamics to be the system of record for any given field. First we create mapping and data flow documentation, then identify and design data workflows, and conduct the initial data sync. SmartBug Media does not store any data. We do have logs that show us the last 30 days of sync activities, but this data is only used for issue tracking and resolution.
