Use a contact property as a personalized token in your sales and marketing emails, and effortlessly manage and share file links within your email communications.

Choose your attachments, ready to be packaged
Select the attachments that you want to include in your downloadable link. Once the process is finished, they will be combined into a single zip package ready to be shared.
Create a unique downloadable link
With this new workflow action, you can generate a downloadable link, valid for 7 days, for a zip package (maximum size of 200mb) containing your contact's attachments. Use the link in an email by inserting a personalization token!
