Overview
1/2 - Connects your telephony with HubSpot
PhoneMondo connects your telephone with HubSpot. Any PBX with Tapi drivers, Android phones and many other Voip systems like Asterisk, Placetel, Webex Calling, sipgate or STARFACE are supported.
Realtime CallerID notification pop-ups show data from HubSpot and calls are logged in HubSpot. If no contact data was found in HubSpot, it will look up data from other sources and a HubSpot Contact can be created with a single click.
Start calls to any phone number from HubSpot or any other website with a click or by keyboard shortcut.
Various reports show where you can optimize your telephony in your company (i.e. missed calls by time of day). Reports can be filtered by different criterias and report data can be exported so that you can run your own analysis on the call data yourself.

Good but with upward potential!
We in Sales have been working with Placetel / Phonmondo for years and it works well so far, with potential for improvement.
