Enrich HubSpot with Customer Insights

For B2B companies who want to grow more smartly, Tally Street boosts sales and marketing by generating customer insights and sending them to HubSpot. Customer segmentation, lifetime value, sales history, churn risk, payment performance and more insights come from automated analysis of actual sales and payment transactions in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop/Enterprise, Sage Intacct and Xero.

Keep Everyone on the Same Page

Align finance, sales and marketing by automatically sending actual customer sales and payment insights to HubSpot. Tally Street analyzes your most accurate sales and payment records – whether they’re created in HubSpot or your accounting system –- and distributes the results via reports, spreadsheets and HubSpot.

20 New Account-Level Fields

New account-level fields are automatically created and available for smarter lists, triggering workflows, surveying customers and more. New fields include acquisition date, LTV, sales rank, 3-year sales history, months since most recent sale, payment history, outstanding and overdue balances, and more.

Zero-config Integration with QuickBooks, Xero and Sage Intacct

Accounting administrators can connect Tally Street to QuickBooks, Xero or Sage Intacct in as little as 30 seconds. The integration is read-only, nothing is ever changed in the accounting system. Analyses and reports are available minutes later and sent to HubSpot.

Automated Insights

Tally Street is doing exactly what we wanted to and more. It's taking the data directly from Xero and importing it into our customer information on HubSpot so that we can search and filter based on Xero information. It provides us with LTV, yearly spend, YTD spend, customer terms, customer retention suggestions and more. Great customer service as well, they went above and beyond to help us get it setup.

What do you like?

Easy to use, simple to setup and 100% accurate information taken from Xero and imported into HubSpot.

What do you dislike?

No real disadvantages - if you're looking for a way to get Xero insights directly into HubSpot this is the tool you want.
