Association Mirror adds the Mirror Associations action to HubSpot workflows. It reads record relationships from an enrolled source record and applies them to one destination record, every destination record of a selected type already associated with the source, or the full group of records associated with that source.
Use Add to create missing relationships, Sync to align selected relationships in destination modes, or Remove for targeted cleanup. In Every associated record mode, Add and Sync connect every pair in the associated group without removing unrelated relationships. Portal-aware selectors show only association-capable standard and custom object types enabled and authorized in the connected HubSpot account. Execution status and association counts are available in the Association Mirror dashboard.
Association Mirror creates HubSpot's default, unlabeled associations. It does not copy custom association labels, create or delete CRM records, or update CRM record properties. Available object types depend on the customer's HubSpot subscription, enabled object library, and granted OAuth permissions.

Add Mirror Associations directly to an eligible HubSpot workflow. Each enrolled record runs asynchronously, returns completion results to HubSpot, and can add, sync, or remove selected default CRM relationships.
Flexible targeting across associated records
Choose one specific destination, every associated record of one type, or the full group associated with the source. Portal-aware selectors expose eligible standard and custom objects, while group mode connects companion records such as a Company and Deal to each other.

Association Mirror receives the connected portal ID, granted scopes, encrypted OAuth tokens, workflow callback and source identifiers, configured action fields, eligible CRM object metadata, record IDs, and record associations. It sends default-association creates, record-pair association removals, and asynchronous action-completion results to HubSpot. Ordinary execution history stores IDs, types, counts, status, timing, and error details rather than complete CRM record contents. Association Mirror does not sell HubSpot data, use it for advertising, create or delete CRM records, update CRM properties, or copy custom association labels.
