CETDIGIT’s Retell AI Voice Agent SYNC is a professional, fully customizable, enterprise-ready solution that connects AI voice agents directly to HubSpot or Salesforce, transforming conversations into structured CRM data. Calls, outcomes, and follow-ups are automatically captured, logged, and automated—powered by CETDIGIT’s AI automation and voice-agent services.


Teams can make and manage calls directly from the CRM. AI-handled and human-initiated calls placed via Retell are logged automatically, with full transcripts and recordings saved as activities on Contact, Company, and Deal records. Conversations can be reviewed, analyzed, and used to update CRM properties, trigger workflows, move deals, assign owners, and launch follow-ups—eliminating manual work.


The solution supports automated outreach at scale. Create contact lists in HubSpot or Salesforce and launch AI-powered calling campaigns through Retell. All calls, outcomes, and next actions are written back to the CRM in real time and reported through native dashboards and performance reports.

Excellent HubSpot integration for inbound reception and outbound prospecting

The Retell AI voice agent is working seamlessly and we are quite happy with its hassle free operation. We have two Retell agents that sync with HubSpot. One is our inbound caller agent that acts as the reception for our company incoming line, and enters the information into HubSpot, and the other is an outbound caller agent that calls a list of prospects from HubSpot.

What do you like?

HubSpot is continually evolving and Retell-HubSpot link allows us to be able to design new applications for our Retell and automate our inbound and outbouond calls.
