CompanyCam is a job site photo documentation platform built for contractors to capture, organize, and share photos and project updates from the field.
The CompanyCam integration for HubSpot connects your CRM pipeline to field documentation, so projects are automatically created as deals move forward.
When a HubSpot deal or contact is added, the integration automatically creates a CompanyCam project and adds a deep link to the HubSpot record. If any files are added in CompanyCam, they will automatically sync to the attachments section of the deal in HubSpot.
This integration helps contractors streamline the transition from lead → deal → project, ensuring every job has organized visual documentation that teams can access in one click.
CompanyCam is used by roofing, exterior, solar, and restoration contractors to capture job site photos, track project progress, and improve communication between sales teams and field crews.

Export your files straight to HubSpot
When your crew uploads a document or finishes a checklist at the job site, they can easily export it straight to HubSpot by saving it to the project files. You can be assured the right information was captured and access it right from HubSpot.
