Close but not perfect

It works well but it doesn't create a customer within CompanyCam. It adds "Integration Contact Details" which is nice but creating an actual customer would be much more helpful for multi-phased projects.

Ruined our process

When we had the old version we were able to associate 2+ contacts to a deal and have one labeled as the "Point of contact." This would cause an automation to transfer the contacts info to the deal info. Now with the new intergration, it will not allow us to add multiple contacts because it confuses companycam and will switch the companycam project info to the other contacts. This has cost us alot of time and money by going to the incorrect address or calling the wrong individual. I've reached out to HubSpot and CompanyCam about this issue and no one has been able to resolve this since it came out. Companycam is alleging they never had the ability to accomplish what our automation does, even though we had it already in place before the intergration. HubSpot had no way to help according to them.
