Most document tools stop when the ink dries. The agreements your HubSpot records create keep working: renewal dates, notice periods and payment terms that filled from your mapped properties live on as metadata, and fynk reminds the owner before a deadline lapses. Renewals stop being surprises and start being pipeline. Ask fynk's assistant anything across those agreements, or tell it what to do: it asks before it acts, and only ever sees what that user is permitted to see.

Create contracts from the CRM records
Map company, contact and deal properties into fynk templates once. From then on, pick a template and fynk fills in the party details, terms and dates: a ready-to-send draft in seconds. The document is created in fynk with every template setting intact, from approval workflows to metadata, so nothing gets configured twice.
Trigger contract from HubSpot workflows
Fire contract creation from any HubSpot workflow. When a deal hits Closed Won, for example, the agreement drafts itself from the right template. The handoff between sales and legal stops being a manual step.
Invite signatories directly from HubSpot
Add signatories from the card with their details prefilled from the record's contacts, and invite colleagues to collaborate on the draft. fynk handles the rest: legally binding e-signatures at all three eIDAS levels (SES, AES, QES), a tamper-proof audit trail on every document, and reminders so nobody has to chase signatures.
Move contracts forward without leaving HubSpot
Send a document to review or signing, pull the latest record data into the draft, or open it in fynk, straight from the card's actions menu. The card always shows where the agreement stands, from draft to signed, and once it's done the signed PDF is one click away on the deal, company or contact.
Keep track of your HubSpot linked documents
Documents created from HubSpot carry their origin with them: fynk's contract list shows which record each one came from, alongside stage, owner and any metadata, renewal dates and notice periods included. Or just ask fynk's AI assistant.

Data moves only between your HubSpot account and your fynk account, over an OAuth 2.0 connection you authorize and can revoke at any time from either side.
No third-party processor sits in between.
You decide which HubSpot properties map to which fynk dynamic fields and metadata, so nothing is pulled that you haven't mapped inside the template. fynk never writes into your HubSpot records: the fynk card pulls document information live from fynk whenever you open a record, so your contact, company and deal properties stay untouched.
Disconnect at any time and no fynk data is left behind in your portal.
Everything fynk stores is held in ISO 27001-certified data centres in Germany and processed under GDPR, with a DPA available and a customisable DPA on the Pro plan. Every document carries a full audit trail of who viewed, edited, signed or shared it. You can export your documents and metadata in bulk at any time.
