Features

Sync orders and tickets to HubSpot automatically
When someone registers for an event (or purchases a ticket) it will be synced as a Humanitix registration event to that contact's activity timeline in HubSpot. If the person registering for the event is not a contact, a new one will be automatically created for you.

Segment your customers by event data
Build lists, set workflow triggers, update scoring criteria, and more based on event registration and attendance.

Needs more properties to be useful
We love everything about Humanitix by itself, it just isn't super useful in conjunction with HubSpot. You can only import a few properties and none of them are the useful ones we need. Really wish Humanitix would put more effort into this integration!
We host 60+ events a year and it has been, in the past, a great way for us to keep our contacts up-to-date.

Their localisation of time for event based on the viewing timezone. This is driving us and our customers crazy that are constantly signing up for event listed in our local time that is not adjusted for people in other parts of the world.
