High Quality Integration between two great products.
Jiminny is working great! It is similar to Gong but adds the capability to update your CRM. . You do make some tradeoffs, losing some features, gaining others.
Sales, Marketing, and Product calls and analysis.
• Direct stream is fast. • You don't see an extra guest, which can surprise some customers, so the problem is avoided. • Transcription is accurate, better than any I've used • Clips for sharing are straightforward and come with security provisions and expiration to access.
• Response time on HubSpot API is slow. There is a lag using their Sidekick product which I'm sure is due to the API response time. • Transcriptions are downloaded as CSVs
