When it works, it’s fine, but it’s not a seamless integration with everything you need to set up syncing between external IDs, capture them, and store them. Unfortunately, the API was updated, which broke our integration with the HubSpot app. After we discovered the issue, we updated the new HubSpot app, but we weren’t informed that they had migrated from one ID type to another, so our broken integration persisted for an extended period.
