HubSpot <> OneSignal Integration- personalization and segmentation at scale

The integration between OneSignal and HubSpot has streamlined our personalized communication with our 430k+ customer base. First of all, it's possible to connect it natively inside a HubSpot workflow, where you can use strategic triggers to send messages the way you want, at the time you need, and using all the custom fields available in HubSpot. I have plenty of examples of this, and these are my best-performing push messages. Furthermore, you can set custom tags using HubSpot workflows. These tags are sent to OneSignal, and inside the OneSignal platform you can either ultra-segment your customer base or attach important information to your users. Using this, you're able to build highly personalized journeys with push, SMS, InApp, and email messages. Last but not least, you can also use event streams by building a webhook inside HubSpot to track all OneSignal events, like push click, push view, push send, inapp send, and so on. This feature is particularly important for our operation since a push click is a high-value event inside our lead scoring / customer scoring models.
